In this lesson we look at the help article links related to troubleshooting processes. This takes us down the path of the Debug Log and setting up what is known as a User Trace on ourselves. We then fire off a process by creating an opportunity that meets the criteria of our process and then look at the Debug Log.
Also mentioned is the standard object 3-digit prefixes that Salesforce employs. I discuss how you can figure out what type of object is in error messages based on the first three digits of the ID in question. This leads us down a rabbit hole of first hitting a knowledge article which then tells us to reference a website post from several years ago.
