In this lesson we first fix our Email Template so that the Opportunity URL Link actually works. Now that our template works, we then address various administrative options to help you figure out why email alerts are not going out from Salesforce. We look at Deliverability and Test Deliverability, in addition to the Email Log and the Compliance BCC address.
The only object you can create new records for from Workflow Rules is for tasks. In this lesson, we add an additional action to our workflow rule to create a new task.
