In this lesson, we start things off by verifying that you have the Enhanced Profile User Interface enabled via the User Management Settings menu. We then look at the layout of the Enhanced Profile User Interface and how a profile’s settings are divided into two major categories – Apps and System.
We’ve previously dealt with some of the System settings at the Profile level, and we now visit a few new areas of the System settings for a profile, namely System Permissions and the View All Data and Modify All Data settings.
We then work our way up to the App Settings and look at the Assigned Apps settings for a profile, how to make additional apps available to a profile, as well as how to set a default app for a profile.
