In this lesson, I introduce you to Login Access Policies in the Setup Menu. Setting this functionality proves useful in troubleshooting issues reported by other users, because you can see and experience Salesforce from their perspective, based upon their own Profile, Role and security settings.
You set the ability to log in as other users in Login Access Policies in Setup.
Once you log in as another user and then log back out, you’ll notice that you have to log back in as yourself.
You can turn off being forced to relogin by going to Session Settings in Setup and unchecking the Force relogin after Login-As User checkbox.
